YASKAWA PLC IN INDIA
Leading distributor and dealer of PLC from Yaskawa in India

Overview
Industrial Solutions is a leading dealer and distributor of Yaskawa PLC in India. We distribute Yaskawa PLC in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Delhi.

PLC stands for Programmable Logic Controller. They are industrial computers used to control different electro-mechanical processes for use in manufacturing, plants, or other automation environments.

PLCs vary in size and form factors. Some are small enough to fit in your pocket while others are large enough to require their own heavy-duty racks to mount. Some PLC’s can be customized with back planes and functional modules to fit different types of industrial applications.

PLCs are widely used in a variety of industries because they’re fast, easy to operate and are considered easy to program. PLCs can be programmed in several ways, from ladder logic, which is based on electromechanical relays, to specially adapted programming languages of BASIC and C, to name a few.

Most PLCs today use one of the following 5 programming languages: Ladder Diagram, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, Instruction List, or Sequential Function Charts.

YASKAWA PLC - Micro PLC

Designed as a stand-alone PLC the MICRO CPU stands out because of its modern design, compact size, high performance and high channel density. A new display and operating concept enables the user to see the essential control information of the system at a glance. The result is an up-to-date and functional design that is unique in the world of automation.

With a width of fewer than 72 millimeters, the MICRO PLC is up to 50% smaller than typical MICRO controllers, offering new solutions and possibilities in regards to performance and space requirements.

Heighlights
Fast, faster, MICRO
Based on the SPEED7 technology for highest clock rates and fast program processing, it makes fast processing possible, e.g. for precise positioning and diverse control tasks. Additional speed benefits allow a fast backplane bus transmission of 48 Mbit/s. With the CPU performance of a large CPU, the MICRO PLC is the fastest MICRO controller on the market.

High Channel Density
An additional plus factor is the high channel density of the MICRO. With 30 integrated digital and analog I/O channels on board, it offers multifarious usage options as a stand-alone CPU too and can be expanded with up to eight modules. The available digital modules will be expanded continuously with all well-established types of modules. With this, the user has up to 158 I/O channels available for his automation tasks.

Firm Hold with Spring Terminal Technology
The connection plugs of the MICRO are individually detachable and therefore suitable for pre-wiring. With the convenient push-in technology they can be mounted and replaced quickly and easily, and without tools. With this, you can reduce downtimes and speed up maintenance. In addition, the plugs have spring terminals which not only allow easy wiring but also withstand vibration, making the re-tightening of screw connections unnecessary.

Diagnosis made easily
The allocation of the I/O display LEDs directly on the appropriate plug connection allows the user an easy and clear allocation of the channel status even at such a high channel density. Additionally, the MICRO is equipped with an integrated web server, which allows arbitrary access on data, diagnostics and status interfaces as well as freely definable visualization projects via smart device, PC or laptop.

Interfaces, Communication and Memory
With the active 2-port-switch for online access, programming, and communication, the functional range can easily be extended with further planned features via a firmware update.

In addition to standard Ethernet protocols such as Modbus TCP or S7 communication, the MICRO also supports PROFINET. Up to eight PROFINET devices can be easily connected and the MICRO can be integrated as an I-Device in PROFINET topologies. The user can also use the PROFIBUS slave function, PtP and MPI with an expansion module. Further functionalities of the SLIO system such as larger memory or field bus connections can be enabled using the multiple award-wining VIPA Set Card (VSC).

The base version of the MICRO has 64 kByte work memory which can be expanded up to max. 128 kByte via VSC. A big advantage of all current VIPA CPUs is the fully remanent memory, so data and status are saved in the event of a power failure. This simplifies program structuring and is an additional big benefit for producers and operators.

Target application
The MICRO PLC can be used as a high-performance, small or microcontroller in both serial and special machine construction as well as central or decentralized control in the field of plant construction. Because of its compact construction size, it is also perfectly suitable for building automation and the installation in sub-distributors.

YASKAWA PLC - SLIO

Presenting the completely new developed I/O system SLIO®, VIPA once again sets new standards in the automation industry. By means of the modular and extremely compact SLIO the realization of almost every automated solution will from now on be simpler and especially more economical.

SLIO can be combined and applied with each of the established VIPA systems 100V, 200V, 300S, 500S. It´s one of the most effective and modern decentralized I/O systems available on the market. It combines high functionality with a clever mechanic concept in an extremely compact design.
