YASKAWA SENSORS IN INDIA
Leading distributor and dealer of Sensors from Yaskawa in India

Overview

Industrial Solutions is a leading dealer and distributor of Yaskawa Sensors in India. We distribute Yaskawa Sensors in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Delhi.

A sensor is a device that detects and responds to some type of input from the physical environment. The input can be light, heat, motion, moisture, pressure or any number of other environmental phenomena. The output is generally a signal that is converted to a human-readable display at the sensor location or transmitted electronically over a network for reading or further processing.

Sensors play a pivotal role in the internet of things (IoT). They make it possible to create an ecosystem for collecting and processing data about a specific environment so it can be monitored, managed and controlled more easily and efficiently. IoT sensors are used in homes, out in the field, in automobiles, on airplanes, in industrial settings and in other environments. Sensors bridge the gap between the physical world and logical world, acting as the eyes and ears for a computing infrastructure that analyzes and acts upon the data collected from the sensors.

Yaskawa Weld Seam Sensors search the exact location of seams. Despite many other existing sensors, some systems especially used in crude areas, continue searching with the welding wire.

YASKAWA SENSOR - MotoSense

MOTOSense vision system gives Yaskawa robots a functionality to detect, follow and weld along the actual trajectory in real time.
The system may be used in TIG, GMAW (MIG/MAG) processes. Moreover, it supports vision tasks for a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, etc.

All prepared Macro jobs, vision parameterisation and supporting options make MOTOSense system the right tool for adaptive robot welding application. It makes perfect welding results for the most difficult welding tasks.

The complete solution offers an extremely flexible platform, which consists of MOTOSense imaging module, Imaging Process Controller and interface connection to Yaskawa DX controller.

Highlights

  • Automatic docking station for imaging module
  • Servo adjustable camera module for changeable curves
  • Different optic configuration (working area)
  • Custom seam geometry algorithms
  • Logging of image sequences during active sensor cycle (ON-OFF) for offline analysis/optimisation
  • Applicable welding technologies: GMAW (MIG/MAG), TIG
  • Additional communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, IO communication)
  • Remote support/optimisation possible (via Ethernet)
  • Reduced cost of jigs due to an absolute part positioning and repeatability is not required
  • Unique solution for zero gap butt seam sensing
  • Flexible solution for specific welding tasks
  • Integrated solution for Yaskawa robot controllers

YASKAWA SENSOR - Touch Sensor

YASKAWA AC DRIVE - U1000

Highlights

  • Yaskawa Touch Sensor uses the MIG-/MAG welding torch to search the exact location of seams. Despite many other existing sensors, some systems especially used in crude areas, continue searching with the welding wire. This sensor does not add additional contour because it is based on the welding torch.
  • In some current welding power sources a search function already exists. Often enough, however, the search voltage of the power source is not enough to work with primered or rusty components safely. The new Yaskawa Touch Sensor offers all necessary functions in a simple box. The search voltage is possible from 30 volts to 90 volts, so that all material qualities will be searched safely.
  • The touch sensor securely separates the search potential and prevents the destruction of all electronics necessary accessory when searching with welding wire is a wire cutter and clamping of the wire – like in push pull torches.
  • Variable search voltage
  • Easy integration
  • Search without additional contours
  • Compact design
